1130 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the rules and conditions governing the use of the 1130 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1130 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 1130 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1130 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 1130 platform is accessible only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that accessing online entertainment platforms is lawful in your location.
2. Account Creation & Security
To use 1130's services, you must register a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 1130 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate your account details. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in restricted access to your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 1130 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by third parties due to your own negligence. Any suspicious activity should be reported to our support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a user of the 1130 platform, you agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any activity that is unlawful under Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised means to interact with the platform.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or offers in a manner that violates the terms of those offers.
- Sharing your account or allowing third parties to access it.
1130 reserves the right to take action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances, and reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities, in the event of any breach of the above rules.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the 1130 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods are as listed in the deposit section of your account, including DuitNow, Boost, and local Malaysian online banking.
Successfully processed deposits are final and non-reversible except under specific circumstances approved by the 1130 team. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process that may take anywhere from a few hours to several business days. 1130 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. You are responsible for ensuring that your bank details are accurate — 1130 is not liable for any delays or failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect information.
5. Account Policies, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
1130 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, a request from legal authorities, or at 1130's discretion for operational reasons. In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full.
Liability Limits
The 1130 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, 1130 makes no warranties regarding the platform's continued availability, the accuracy of information, or its fitness for any particular purpose. 1130 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of betting opportunities due to technical disruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1130 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and graphic elements — is the intellectual property of 1130 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1130.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The 1130 platform may contain references to or information about third-party services. 1130 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Access to third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms of service.
Changes to Terms
1130 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate channels. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful under the local laws and regulations applicable in their location.
